We collect the following information to provide and operate the service:

• Account information: email address and encrypted password
• Agent activity metadata: token counts, model names, and session activity associated with your AI agents
• Authentication tokens: stored for login session management
• Service usage records: access timestamps and feature usage logs for error resolution and service improvement

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion or a verified erasure request, your data is permanently deleted without undue delay.

Certain records may be retained longer where required by applicable law (e.g., electronic commerce transaction records).

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or request restriction of processing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the processors required to operate the service, or where disclosure is required by law. The Korean delegation table prevails in case of any discrepancy.

We share data with the following third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

• Paddle.com, Inc.: payment processing and tax management (Merchant of Record)
• Google Cloud (Google LLC): server hosting and database storage
• Resend: transactional email delivery (e.g., password reset)
• Cloudflare, Inc.: inbound contact email routing

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Our servers and the service providers above are located in the United States. By using the service, your personal data (email, encrypted password, usage records) is transferred to and processed in the U.S. via the network at the time of use, for the purposes and retention periods described above. You may refuse this transfer, but doing so may limit your ability to use the service (e.g., sign-up, payment).

Personal data is destroyed without undue delay once its purpose is fulfilled or the retention period expires. Electronic records are deleted irrecoverably.
